Dead by the Fish

Loko a boy of 16 years old has died as he swallowed a live fish. The fish was stucked in his throat and injured it. Unfortunately, he died as he couldn't breath.

Loko is a boy who is mentally ill. When it happened, he was out of his parent supervision.
